Play time

All THREE kids were playing VERY well toghether last weekend, this does not happen very often. It had been a very long time since I had heard from any of them, so being a concerned Mom I went to check out what was going on. I found the downstairs complelty turned into a farm- we had all animlas, fences, barns, poeple, flowers, buildings...... it was very impressive. Well usually this type of play does not work out very well with Miles involved, soooo...

Here we have a bunch of paper all ripped up all over the carpet. This paper was colored brown. What is it might you ask? POOP, yes poop, with all of these animals they poop a lot mom!! Miles job was to remove the poop with his dump truck!! He was so happy to have his sister including him!

Canadian Grand Nationals BMX

We headed to Canada to check out and participate in the Canadian Grand National BMX races.

We raced Friday night, Saturday and Sunday. Here Aleah is bringing home a large trophy she took a 2nd, 3rd, and 2nd!

My happy racer... she was not like this the whole weekend. Makayla is very competative and was racing some very fast kids. Her goal was to make the finals. Friday night- missed the finals by an inch, yes an inch, always ride as hard as you can all the way passed the finish line... lesson learned...yes we had big tears. Saturday- no finals total bummer but no tears... we are making improvments! Sunday YES she makes the finals! But not happy with the out come of the final race, back to tears... Oh competition is it a good thing or bad....

Makayla so happy spending time with the older girls. They did a great job of helping Makayla focus on the positive instead of the negative.

The Canadian National Finals. Makayla qualified!, Aleah 2nd, and Ian a 2nd. It was a great finish to the weekend.

Trip with GG

We took GG to my Uncles at Jackson lake to do some fly fishing. This was 28 + hours in the car with 3 kids and my 86 year old grandma! We all survived

The girls got to go on there FIRST ever trail ride with Aunt Perrin. I think it was the best day of ther life so far!!

While Brent and GG were fishing we went on a hike and checked out the visitor center with Uncle John.

On the way home we made a stop by Old Faithful. It was a wonderful trip.
