Day one was sunny and great, as you can see day two not so great we have rain, just lovely! Makayla didn't think the rain was a problem, Mom and Dad tried to talk her into going home, no such luck.

And yes we came home with some hardwear, 5th place for day one. Day two she missed a gate, part of racing. She had a great time!

The girls wanted to do the PTA art project for the year. Makayla decided to do hers on a shirt, it turned out great.

We have a new Gondola at the Mountain. New Years day was the first day it ran for the public, it was wonderful. This was Makayla's first ride

It was a gorgeous New Years Day. Makayla has been wanting to hike out to the king and ski down, today was they day. 
I told her I was not going to carry her skis for her. She did great and carried them the whole way, we made it in less than an hour.

Yes, we made it down also, behind her is the peak we hiked to.

The girls were so excited to give Dad there presents they purchased at school! 
Miles wrapped up my Special Christmas box, I could not figure out what had happened to it, I remembered unpacking it with when we decorated the tree, then it was gone. Sure enough Christmas morning I unwrapped it and inside I found two very special rocks which Miles gave me, you have no idea how excited he was when I opened the box, it was great. Makayla gave me a pink necklace which said MOM and Aleah gave me very large stocking earrings, I wore them all day! 
Oh yes we have cats, so of course they need presents. Brent took the girls to buy them a present. The girls wrapped them up and yes Makayla insisted Sneakers help her unwrap the box, as you can see he is very happy about this! 
But yes Domino and Sneakers were very happy, they each have a new bed! 
Here is the rockstar. Miles had been saying for 5 months that he wanted a red guitar with a red microphone ( sunglasses were a plus) , thank goodness I was able to find one! He was so happy! I should have bought earplugs for the rest of us!

We all managed to make to lunch at the same time! Nana, Grampa, Mark, Lana, Brent, Jennifer, Makayla, Aleah and Miles. It was a fun ski day.

We saw Santa at the Mall and the yacht club.... I told Miles he should go sit on Santa's lap at Preschool, he says " Mom I already did that" I do manage to talk him into it. Then Santa says what is your name... Miles says" you know, I already told you" ... Then Santa ask " what do you want for Christmas...." Again Miles " I already told you..." It was very entertaining.
